Our site is set in some of the most beautiful un-spoilt North Norfolk countryside and is guaranteed to provide you with all the peace and tranquility you will need.

The fishing on the complex can only be described as simply outstanding, with lakes for the specimen and novice angler all housed on one safe complex.

We are located within easy reach of the North Norfolk Coast (a must for any keen bird watchers) and the Norfolk Broads, which offers a host of leisure activities and attractions for all ages. We are also local to Aylsham where you will find Supermarkets, Banks, a Post Office and a variety of shops.

The Historic City of Norwich, which surrounds a splendid Castle, is approximately seven miles away and has extensive shopping facilities as well as many fine Pubs and Restaurants.

Local pubs and restaurants can be found within 5 miles of Cobbleacre, you will find a variety of local establishments each with something different to offer.

There is an abundance of wild life at Cobbleacre. As well as the usual Birds and Animals you are likely to see, Deer, Foxes, Owls, Kingfishers, Kestrels and Woodpeckers. Badgers have been sighted but extremely rare (maybe you’ll be lucky).

Discounted fishing for non-specimen lakes is offered to all occupants of our caravans book at least a 7 night stay.

There are limited numbers allowed on the specimen lake. if you would like to fish this lake you have to book your place on the lake in advance with the bailiff on 07879 816181 before your visit. This will book you a place on the specimen lake it does not guarantee you specific swims for your visit .
