Exclusive Fishing in our lake stocked with many common, mirror, leather and Grass carp. Also many zander, roach and tench.

Our farmhouse is set in 40 acres of farmland with the view of our lake from the lounge window. Recently refurbished to a very high standard, the accommodation offers you 3 bedrooms, each sleeping a minimum of 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, wet room and a separate toilet. We also have provided a barbeque with patio table and chairs.

The pool is available for all to use. (seasonal)

Flying—London Stansted Airport to Limoges airport, which is situated 20 minutes away. Ryanair fly into Limoges from Stansted everyday (flight time approximately 1hr). Also new service from Flybe from Southampton, but this is not everyday.

Sea and Car—Catch a ferry to any French port on the Northern coast. Dieppe to Limoges approx 5hrs 30mins and Calais to Limoges 6hrs 30mins.

Eurotunnel to Calais or Eurostar with good rates to Limoges

Things to do

There is a Karting track, approx 3km away. Karts available for hire, great day out for all the family. Just 10km away is an absolutely amazing park, climbing amongst the trees 30ft off the ground like monkeys, but the with the aid of safety harnesses, also a lake for swimming and a park for the young children and Why not try the 12km rail excursion, propelled by your own steam! Taking you through the magnificent French countryside, ITS A MUST!! Or why not visit the local zoo, just 20mins away.

Around 45mins away there is a waterskiing lake, suitable for the beginner or the expert. Lessons available for children at very reasonable prices.
